SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY
All our orders come with tracked shipping. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please visit www.anpost.com and enter tracking number to find out its location.
Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, taxes or fees claimed by customs or countries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Can I return or exchange a product?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item(s), we offer an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt. Please send us a message before the return, stating would you like a replacement or a refund. Returned items must be in the same unused condition with the original packaging and all tags provided. Once we have received your return, we will contact you and we’ll begin the process of your getting your refund/exchange to you. Please allow 10-15 working days processing time for your refund/exchange.
In case of damage in transit, you must notify us promptly and keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
Can I exchange a gift?
If you received our product as a gift and don’t have a receipt we are very happy to exchange it for something else.
Can I exchange earrings?
Pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

The shipment costs for a return shipment are at own expense (all costs and the risk related to the return shipment. We advise using tracking code) unless you have checked out with PayPal, please see below.
